Selling Process

I have a well-designed marketing plan that results in a successful sale on time, with the fewest problems and the most money.   Here are the highlights of my plan:

Step 1ENHANCE the buyer’s appeal and the value of your home before it goes on the market. Packaging your house for success does make a difference.  The better it looks the quicker it will sell and for top dollar.  This is where my design expertise comes into play and can help bring better value to your transaction.  This doesn’t mean you have to spend a fortune… it may be as simple as changing up the layout.

Step 2 – Educate and guide clients in selecting the BEST LIST PRICE so they never over price (scaring buyers away) or under price (giving equity away), but the best list price resulting in the highest sales price.

Step 3TOTAL MARKET EXPOSURE by using a blend of traditional marketing along with a target market approach.

Step 4 – Provide a WORRY FREE transaction by being the project manager managing the details using a transaction management system and weekly communications with a “call back now” policy.

Step 5 – Provide the highest level of QUALITY SERVICE by teaming up with a full-service quality company such as Real Estate One who sells more homes in Michigan.

Step 6 – To be your CONSULTANT and not a sales person.  I am committed to being a trustworthy, dependable, informed expert who educates, guides and helps the seller make good decisions.
